Miss Teen Sri Lanka 2026, Divyangana Seneviratne, left the country on Saturday to represent Sri Lanka at the Miss Teen International 2026 pageant in Jaipur, India.

She arrived at Katunayake to begin the journey and departed Bandaranaike International Airport at 12.30 p.m. on IndiGo flight 6E-1280 bound for Chennai, the Daily Mirror reported. She is scheduled to travel on from Chennai to Jaipur, where the contest is being staged.

A ten-day programme

The pageant runs from August 22 to 31 and brings together Miss Teen titleholders from around 40 countries, according to the Daily Mirror’s report, filed by T.K.G. Kapila.

Seneviratne is a resident of Kandy and works full time in the modelling industry. She was crowned Miss Teen Sri Lanka 2026 ahead of the international contest.

The report did not say who accompanied her, how the ten-day programme is structured, or when the final is scheduled. As of Saturday evening, no other Sri Lankan newsroom had published its own account of the departure, and the Daily Mirror gave no placing expectations or details of Sri Lanka’s past record at the event.
