Sri Lanka and Russia Sign Energy Cooperation Agreement at Bilateral Talks in Colombo
At the 11th round of bilateral consultations in Colombo, Russia pushed for long-term energy agreements with Sri Lanka and agreed in principle to supply refined fuel and coal for April and May.
