Our policy
- When we get a fact wrong, we correct the article and note what changed.
- Significant corrections — those that change the meaning of a story — are logged on this page.
- Minor fixes (typos, formatting, a clarified phrase) are made silently.
- We do not quietly delete stories to hide mistakes. If a story cannot stand, we say why.
