LankaPropertyWeb has won the silver award for Best AI Solution in the Media category at the National AI Awards 2026 for AMPLIFIER, its generative-AI marketing engine — the only real estate company to be recognised at the awards.

The award was presented on 30 September 2026 at the Monarch Imperial, during Sri Lanka AI Week 2026, Hiru News reported. The company confirmed the win in a statement carried by the Daily Mirror.

What the tool does

AMPLIFIER takes the basic details of a property listing and generates promotional videos, captions and hashtags for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok within minutes, without the advertiser producing video, writing copy or running the campaign.

The company identifies its main technical differentiator as direct API access to publish on all four platforms — including TikTok, where developer approval is notably hard to obtain. The tool also uses AI image tagging and a purpose-built Sri Lankan TikTok music library to score videos with trending local soundtracks automatically.

A second component is a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) comment-reply engine. Drawing on live listings and the company’s market data, it answers enquiries in context in English, Sinhala and Tamil — extending a listing from an advertisement into something that keeps responding to prospective buyers after it is posted.

Usage figures

Between 80 and 100 advertisers use AMPLIFIER each month. The company reports up to three times higher reach, impressions and lead generation for them, with individual AI-generated videos reaching as much as 120,000 organic views within days.

Marketing Manager Wasana Siriwardhana said automating repetitive work lets teams concentrate on “creative, strategic and customer-focused activities” while listings reach wider audiences faster.

The awards sit within Sri Lanka AI Week 2026, which ran under the theme “AI Amplified”.
