Three people were injured when a car ran off the Monaragala–Pottuvil main road at Obbegoda, struck an electricity pole and overturned.
The crash happened in the Obbegoda area, which falls within the Dambagalla police division, Hiru News reported at 8.02 a.m. on Friday.
The three occupants were admitted to Monaragala District General Hospital. All three are residents of the Monaragala area.
Officers of the Dambagalla police station are conducting further investigations.
