Cricket West Indies (CWI) has announced its full 2026 men’s home season, with Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Pakistan all touring the Caribbean between June and August, The Island reported. The Sri Lanka and Pakistan tours include World Test Championship fixtures.
The Sri Lanka tour opens at Sabina Park, Kingston, with three ODIs on June 3, 6 and 9, followed by three T20Is on June 11, 13 and 14. The two-match Test series moves to Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound, Antigua, with the first Test from June 25-29 and the second from July 3-7.
New Zealand then play a five-match ODI series between July 11 and 21. The first three matches are at Guyana National Stadium and the final two at Kensington Oval, Barbados. CWI had originally allocated all five ODIs to Guyana but switched two to Bridgetown over “logistical challenges,” chief executive Chris Dehring said, after the Guyana and Barbados governments proposed a cost-sharing arrangement.
Pakistan close the home season with two Tests in Trinidad and Tobago — the first from July 25-29 at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, which will host its inaugural Test, and the second from August 2-6 at Queen’s Park Oval.
West Indies currently sit ninth and last in the 2025-27 World Test Championship cycle after seven losses in eight matches. Sri Lanka are sixth in the same cycle and used the WI tour as the trigger for a contested squad-selection process between Sri Lanka Cricket’s old and new selection panels earlier this week.
The full schedule expands on the high-level tour announcement reported by Newswire on May 3, confirming venues and exact dates for the first time.
