The University Grants Commission (UGC) will release the handbook for state university admissions at midnight on Monday, NewsFirst reported.
The handbook provides the official guidelines applicants need to apply for undergraduate places following the release of the 2025 GCE Advanced Level results.
A total of 176,527 students who sat for the 2025 A/L examination have qualified for university entrance, out of 281,810 candidates who faced the exam in total.
The handbook release closes the gap between the opening of the online application window on April 27 and the publication of the detailed instructions candidates need to complete their applications. Applications will be accepted online over a three-week window.
