Sri Lanka secured a 37-run victory over the West Indies in the second T20I at Kingston on Saturday, levelling the three-match series 1-1.

Batting first, Sri Lanka posted a competitive 194 for 6 in their 20 overs. Kamil Mishara top-scored with 61, while Dasun Shanaka produced an explosive unbeaten 58 off just 24 balls, including five fours and four sixes, to lift the innings.

Chasing 195, the West Indies were bowled out for 157 in 18.1 overs, falling well short of the target. Dushmantha Chameera and Wanindu Hasaranga led the attack with three wickets each.

The result evens the T20I series after West Indies took the first match in Kingston earlier in the week, where Sri Lanka had named an unchanged playing eleven from the warm-ups. The tour also saw Sri Lanka edge the first ODI by 41 runs at Kingston earlier this month.

The decider will determine the series outcome on the Caribbean leg of the tour.
