Sri Lanka have announced their playing XI for the opening Twenty20 International against West Indies at Sabina Park, Jamaica, on Friday (12), with first ball scheduled for 6.00 a.m. Sri Lanka time.
The eleven comprise Pathum Nissanka, captain Kusal Mendis, Lasith Croospulle, Pawan Rathnayake, Kamindu Mendis, Dasun Shanaka, Wanindu Hasaranga, Maheesh Theekshana, Dushmantha Chameera, Eshan Malinga and Dilshan Madushanka.
The T20I leg follows the abbreviated ODI series in Kingston, which Sri Lanka took 1-0 after the second match was washed out. Three T20Is at Sabina Park form the next phase of the tour, where West Indies named a 16-player squad earlier this week.
